TOS (Terms of Service)
Purchasing a commission from me means you agree to these terms:
-If you are placing an order, I tend to split the payment into two segments- after sketch and after fully finished piece (doesn't involve doodle commissions). I use half/half method, meaning you can pay either whole payment up front or pay first half the payment after seeing a sketch and second half after the piece is done.
- Do not copy or trace my work
- Do not use my art for commercial purposes
- Do NOT feed AI with my art
- Do not edit or rework my art in any way unless discussed otherwise
- Do not crop or remove my watermark from the image when sharing
- Unless you are the commissioner, do not repost
- For commissioners: Credit and tag me when reposting on social media, clearly stating that I am the original artist
- Unless discussed otherwise, I reserve the right to use your commission to promote myself as an artist WHILE disclosing that the work was a commission (this includes posting the art on my page with a "commission" disclaimer; using it as a commission sample)
- I reserve the right to decline a commission
- Do not share my private information disclosed to you (bank account...)
- Any changes or updates will be communicated accordingly
Payment & Refund
Instant payment with PayPal INVOICE
- Partial refund possible depending on the reason for terminating this transaction + how far I have gotten
- No refund when the product is finished
- A small percentage in tax or a mandatory tip may be added to the original prices, depending on the project's cost. (Usually $2–$5 for paypal)
